PSA: This is a very nice facility, but if you need to go to an urgent care (for insurance purposes) THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. They will bill you as if you were seeing your PCP. They will even tell you they're an urgent care... they're not. Again, super nice place... not an "urgent care" for billing purposes.
I go here for the last 2-3 years when I need to be seen for cold and flu stuff. I find the people to be friendly efficient and capable. My Primary care doctor is TriHealth as well so it all ties in. I would recommend this place to a friend.
the doctor was very nice and i feel like he’s one of the first doctors i’ve had to actually want to figure out what’s wrong with me and not just get me out the door and get money in his pocket.
Found out after sitting there for an hour that I was being bumped for people making appointments online and that I had atleast another 45 min wait with no guarantees I would be seen in that time frame. Was basically told sorry about your luck. Tri health just keeps getting worse.
