Sat waiting for hour and half after reserved time and finally get to 0-15 min wait. Another person comes in and gets bumped ahead of us even though name NEVER appeared on board the entire time. I go to check in person and say hey how does that happen, she said I don't know and fixes it. I sit down, door opens and they call person who supposedly was moved in error. I go back to check in person and say hey how does that happen. Lady says oh she must have been reserved and I say so was I hour and half ago. She just sits quietly... read more
CNP Lindsey and medical assistant Giselle are angels on this earth!! I came in late in the day in April and was in a lot of pain. I was seen right away and treated promptly and efficiently. I was scared and hurting and these two made me so at ease during my procedure. I saw my doctor a few days later and she was so impressed with the results after my treatment here! Some of the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in healthcare. Thank you, Lindsey and Giselle!! 🥹
Every one up there is nice but if you are in so much pain and have no family help available the day you're sick, don't forget your ID or they will refuse to help you. Went right back home waiting for it to get bad enough for hospital call.
I go here for the last 2-3 years when I need to be seen for cold and flu stuff. I find the people to be friendly efficient and capable. My Primary care doctor is TriHealth as well so it all ties in. I would recommend this place to a friend. **Update** I had to use this location and team again this week for wound care and they continued to please and impress me. I had excellent care in a short amount of time.
