My wife took our son to get his leg looked at after a skiing incident. They got there plenty of time before close and were seen. He needed an X-ray and being close to closing at that time they denied him one. Wife had to then leave with my hurt son and go elsewhere. To make matters worse. We they arrived and checked in, the person at the desk looked at my wife and asked if my son was born in the U.S.! What does that have to do with anything. Very fast lines and knowledgeable staff! Update 2/7/2025 - it takes forever to wait until you will be called in even you booked your spot online and arrived 20 min before your time. And then it takes another forever for the practitioner to show up. So annoying, not the place we are coming back!!!
We waited for almost 3 hours yesterday, only for them to tell us that we should go to the ER. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with us and refused to test my mother for Covid or the flu. She was more concerned about trying to get her an (unnecessary) x-ray. We followed her advice though and went to the ER and waited another 3 hours. The x-ray came back fine, but she tested positive for the flu. Clearly they are only interested in passing the buck here. The receptionist was great, pleasant, efficient and caring. I was not so impressed after that as they appeared to have another chart pulled up on computer in the room as they were talking about PT which was not my info and tried changing somethings and eventually got locked out. Then I believe a PA came in asked if they gave me a nasal swab which they had not and she dropped that and did not do it either.
