Excellent care and top-notch doctors!
It’s really unprofessional that the reception desk tricked me into signing a consent form for a pharmacy I’ve never heard of. “Sign this saying we’re allowed to treat you. And sign this saying we can send your prescription to a pharmacy.” After the nurse confirmed my preferred pharmacy, they ignored that and they sent a prescription to this online pharmacy that mails stuff to you, I can’t wait to be a part of that data breach. Totally unnecessary and I have severed my relationship with Trihealth completely.
If i could give a ZERO i would. I have spent 3 days and been transferred more than a dozen times each time I try to schedule an appt. I was told they take the insurance, then they said they didn't. The main office sent us to speak with Billing, then with the pricing dept,, then again with scheduling, then back to the main office. This went on over and over for 3 days in a row.... until the 27th person we spoke to agreed it was a "covered service" and would schedule it..
