Rhonda B. and Dr. Chen are amazing and make a wonderful team. I was assisted with every concern I had and was never ignored. Rhonda was always there answered all my questions. No delay in paperwork either. I could not have asked for a better team.
Been here for almost an hour to check on a work place injury and still haven't been seen. I know doctors offices sometime get a little behind but this is ridiculous. UPDATE: It's been an hour exactly and as I used the restroom I saw my doctor sitting on his phone texting instead of coming in for my appointment that was supposed to be AN HOUR AGO!!!!!!

Charged over $250 out of pocket with good insurance plan for a new patient visit where they were over 30 minutes late for my appointment, rushed me through to an X-ray I didn't need, and I met with a doctor for less than 5 minutes, leaving without a treatment plan other than "wait and see". Admins were helpful and I am grateful they refunded a boot I didn't need, but wish I had skipped the visit altogether no matter how much pain I was in.
