These people are the worst! No professionalism what so ever!
I arrived at the facility on time for my wife’s 4:00 pm appointment. My wife, who was the patient, was about eight minutes away due to being involved in a car accident on the way there. At 4:06 pm, I informed the receptionist of the situation. She told me that if my wife wasn’t there by 4:10 pm, we would have to reschedule, and also mentioned that my wife was the last patient of the day and the staff was preparing to leave.
