Heat wasn't working in the waiting room, they forgot to bring me back to see my husband before surgery, then once surgery was over I go back and they are drawing blood from my husband. The informed us a member of the surgery team got stuck with a needle that had been used on my husband. The nurses told us it was common.
I had Dr. Zeng as my specialist and she was so professional and explained everything thoroughly for me. The staff there are excellent! So nice! I will definitely be going back to that office, also back to dr. Zeng ! I am very satisfied with how everything runs there.
