Been with this practice since one month old. Had an established adult provider for over two years and that provider left about a year ago. Scheduled an appointment with a new provider in same practice, Which we had to wait five months. Practice called to cancel this appointment because Dr. DYER is out of town. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional place to take your kids. Made apt for one important reason. They done tons of other stuff that he wasn't there for. Then flat out refused to speak to me. They hang signs up that says don't knock on doors so you have no cumunication with them at all. Asked the receptionist to call them she did then I was told if I want to speak to them make another appointment. What are they hiding in there that parents can't come in and see. I am extremely disappointed with the way wheelchair transfer assistance was handled during today’s visit at TriHealth Heart & Vascular Institute. I arrived as the patient’s transportation provider. The patient was identified by the facility as a fall risk, yet staff advised that they could not assist with transferring him for his testing. As a result, I was expected to perform the physical transfers myself inside the medical facility, as well as assist with undressing and preparing him for the test.
