Appointment management seems to run very poorly here, I received a message via MyChart from my physician’s office on the day of my scheduled appointment that she’s unavailable, with no prior communication nor heads up, for a new patient appointment. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service delivery.
The people working here are welcoming g and friendly. I always feel as though my health matters to them.
My girlfriend has been going here her entire pregnancy and they where not very helpful at all.
If I could give a 10/10 I would. From the front desk to the back staff. They always greet me with a smile and are so caring. And Dr. Ginger has made me feel so comfortable. She explains everything so well and made sure I knew all my options.
