Had a referral for an X Ray, they open at 7:30 I walked in at 7:35, was back in my car by 7:49. Only had to speak with the receptionist and X Ray tech but both were very polite. Highly recommended if you need. Thank you
A thank you to Judy from the cardiology imaging office for her kindness and the priority care front desk for being so accommodating. We arrived on Sunday to drop off a holter device, only to find that the drop off box was not put outside like it should have been. If we had not been permitted to drop it off through the priority care, we would have inevitably been charged a 2000 dollar fee for failing to return the device on the scheduled day. I scheduled an appointment through caresource to make sure the doctor took my insurance. I called to ensure my insurance would be taken and was told yes but to call caresource to make sure. I did and was told my doctor would not accept it. I then called the office to cancel my appointment. The receptionist then cancelled and rescheduled me for the following week.
