Don’t go here! I went in to discuss weight loss drugs which I did my prior research for and reached out to my insurance company! I met all the criteria but yet Star would not fill out the prior authorization form and kept telling me they wouldn’t approve it. Well guess what I went somewhere else and my insurance approved it when they filled out the prior authorization form since I fit the criteria.
