I received good service from the providers during my appointments; however, the customer service over the phone and in person takes away from the overall experience. Sadly, unresponsiveness and a lack of care and effort to resolve patients' inquiries from the admin side have been common at this practice, which is seen as somewhat similar to medical abandonment.
Dr Huda and all her staff is amazing and caring! I would totally recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new primary care.
