I went to Bethesda Butlers ER because I was in really bad pain. They never told me they didn’t accept my insurance so now I owe a lot of money. If you have Medicaid, don’t go here.
The doctor never even came to talk to me about any results . I had to look them up on my mychart . The ER was cold natured and I was sent home with no help
My mom was seen tonight, had a great experience with all the staff members, but asked that I give a shout out to her nurse and Adriana, she thinks that was her name at least. In her own words “Adriana was so sweet with her cute little hair bow”. She wanted to thank her nurse as well, but can’t remember his name, said he only introduced himself when she first arrived, but said he made her laugh on many occasions. Thanks to the staff for a great experience!
