So disappointed in this gym! FIRST TIME using my membership today. Try to go swimming with my three-year-old at noon on a Saturday ( yes She was even already wearing her bathing suit) and was told the family swim is only from 3 to 6 . No kids allowed in the pool except that time. My poor kid started crying. They wouldn’t make any exceptions.
