Great people to work with, respectful technicians. Horrible customer service. We started getting the house we rent serviced by TriGuard because our pest control service we had at the time was okay at best. They had someone knock on our door to tell us about their service and we loved the sound of a minimum time for each service, and the fact that they would come out after each service for free if you didn’t see good results. Always seemed to have insects even after the service. Still had a mole issue even after they put grub killer down. Finally after a super came out to fix the issues we had no ant problem but the spider problem increased. Requested a sooner date to kill the spiders which I got but no tech arrived. Horrible service.
