Fast and friendly!!
New manager in wausaw pharmacy is horrible. No cutomer service skills, and no respect to elderly. No concern when we told him we would not be back. Store management didnt even bother to respond to our complaint. Trigs has lost a long time pharmacy as well as grocery store customer. been shopping and using the pharmacy there since they opened in wausau, we have spent a lot of money there- No more!!
Shannon ( in the Pharmacy ) has amazing social skills I was there a couple of days ago and I was very pleased with her personality and efficiency. I had called the the automatic refill service and a digital voice responded say that I was not in the system. I knew that I was so when the called to clarity this problem the pharmacy mgr told me that he had deleted all of pertinent information and he did not address this issue and I need my med's refilled and additionally needed it delivered.
