This location is not worthy of your business, the service department is horrible!! Their only motivation is money and before you respond with we are "sorry" and "you strive for great customer service" don't! I had the service rep, service rep manager and store manager in front of me - they were not sorry and their goal was absolutely not customer service, only to get another $747.38 out of me and to justification why they could have possibly done anything wrong and why the could not fix the machine correctly on the first vis... read more
Service Department was excellent. Fast and friendly service from Robb T. In service, he answered all of my questions, gave me knowledge information and made me feel very informed. Never take your Stihl equipment for service or repairs here. Have bought several Stihl pieces of equipment from here. Decided to try their service department. What a nightmare. Was told the wrong things, my equipment has been in for 5-6 weeks, they still don't have an estimate on when they'll be done, and the issues quoted do not line up with what they are currently doing. Will never do service with them again, and now will not buy any Stihl equipment either. Going by to pick up my broken equipment and get it fixed somewhere... read more
