This business is definitely NOT customer focused on those of us who like to work on our equipment. They prefer we bring our equipment to them so they can keep it and charge you high repair cost and parts fees. Then, on Saturday when working ppl have time to tear things down to find which parts they need - this place closes early and doesn't open until Monday when I'll be back to work. Solution: find someplace else to get your equipment serviced and buy parts online. That's what I intend to do.

So far it's great! I have a 35 year old John Deere I bought used for $500.00 with a Kawasaki motor and it mowed my yard perfect for over ten years! I loved it but it was getting tired. I looked at a new one over a year ago and called back about it and the sales rep Miles told me that I could get the motor I wanted with a stronger drive train at a great financing option along with the new Stihl weed-eater I wanted for about &133.00 a month.
