This is NOT a good builder! Once you close on your home theybare done with you. Suppose to have 1 yr warrenty. We have a huge erosion issue that even Culpeper County has been to see and agree its horrible. I have tons of pictures. Water running in our basement door under the threshold I have pictures. Neighbors well and part of his driveway was built on our property. Been trying to get this and other small issues fixed since we moved in 9 months ago. We finally hired an attorney. If you are looking for a quality, friendly builder, who values their customers and will work through problems and actually complete all of the projects you paid for regarding your home.. go some where else, run as far as you can from TRIGON HOMES, they are the worst. I am saving you years of heart ache and pain. Wish there was a way to give them 0 stars, because they are that bad. Still waiting for a hose bib to be installed 4 years later…
