Have had Triggs out twice and have been very pleased with them. They replaced a faucet, a corroded pipe, repaired my sump pump and inserted new toilet tank kit. Nice service people. (What company doesn't have a service charge anymore to come to your house?? Most businesses charge $100 just to come to your door.)
Additional fee for truck charge this is completely rediculous. Also they charge labor 1 hour more than actual hour and when I asked they told me it is travel time for their employee. Never heard of this before and they never disclose those charges before you place service calls. Be careful as there will be surprise charges
