I highly recommend Tracy. I had an ache in upper left arm for many years. Tracy started trigger point therapy and the pain has subsided and not returned. I am so relieved and I am able to sleep without pain.

I cannot even put into words how wonderful my experience was with Tracy! My lower back has been hurting on and off for years following the pregnancies and births of my babies. She has been able to provide me with more range of motion and less pain with ADLs. By focusing on nerve innervations, she is able to specifically locate where the root of the pain stems from. I have always had great experiences with Tracy! She has worked on multiple areas- thoracic, lumbar, leg, neck- and I have always felt relief after a few sessions if not immediately. I also appreciate her giving exercises to work on at home to keep the work she did going. And when I come in with an issue, she looks at the trouble area but also works to determine the origin of the problem. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. I will recommend Tracy to everyone!

I was struggling with upper back pain for several months. Because of treatment and therapeutic exercises my back is feeling great. I highly recommend for any one experiencing muscle pain and discomfort.
