Not even close to Concerta. The generic Methylphenidate ER made by this company is complete garbage compared to Concerta. I filed a complaint with the FDA medwatch and I will not be happy until these pills are taken off the market, or at least lose their AB rating because they are not bioequivalent to Concerta. It could be the filler/binder, or the pill design not doing a good enough job replicating the osmotic-controlled release oral delivery system concerta uses. Therapeutic failure. Product has no therapeutic effect at all after switching from the authorized generic manufactured by Patriot Pharmaceuticals to the new generic manufactured by Trigen Laboratories.
Waste of my money and an entire month. I filled a prescription for generic concerta and it was created by this manufacturer. It feels like I wasted my money and a whole 28 days of my time. They DO NOT work for me. I've read online that many generic brands can use excess fillers or different inactive ingredients in coatings. I'm not saying Trigen Laboratories does this, but in my experience, they don't work as well as the ones manufactured by ALZA (my old provider). Same mg dosage too.
