We have had such a wonderful experience with Triform PT and especially her therapist Tara!! Tara is incredibly patient and kind, and she is truly invested in our 1 year old’s progress. I’m always amazed at what she can teach my daughter to do!! The entire team at Triform is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We are so grateful for Tara and could not recommend her or Triform more highly!

Absolutely love the family they have created there! The best therapist we have seen and they genuinely love what they do!!
We were blessed with a 3 week intensive, with all 3 disciplines at Triform Therapy. When we left, not only did we leave feeling empowered but our child did as well. Several times intensive sessions would blend disciplines together, keeping everyone on the same path for our Caffrey. These therapists help not just the child but he family as a whole by including everyone on the journey during the intensive.
Triform Therapy has been such a blessing for our family! Monica, the physical therapist, has been incredible with my son—so informative, patient, and truly knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond every session. Kirbee, the speech therapist, has been amazing as well. My son has already shown so much improvement in a short amount of time thanks to her dedication and encouragement.
