I was so impressed with the Trifecta staff. I was treated for a low back issue and a knee issue. Their philosophy of helping clients work through injuries with treatment AND movement really resonated with me. I continue to do the exercises I was taught and it has made such a positive difference in my overall strength and flexibility. The positive and collegial atmosphere made it a fun place to come to. I know I will return to Trifecta if I have any other issues or injuries.

I went to trifecta for some very intense pain when walking, related to some back and hip issues. Dr. John was incredibly helpful, diagnosing the problem and providing a range of modalities to almost immediately relieve the pain. He then prescribed a whole series of exercises to maintain the progress. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Update : I had to come back for any problem and link back up with Dr. John. Definitely help me out get me back to working out and moving more with less pain. Thank you Dr. John for all your help with my sciatica pain. I truly am appreciative of your dedication to service, and planning my recovery. It was a long road road traveled, but I can actually sit and type this out without any pain. Thanks again Trifecta family

I’ve had chronic back pain my whole life and recently has gotten worse in the last two years. I’ve been to PT, doctors etc and for the most part over the years have been dismissed. This team, especially Alison has been amazing. In the last few months I’ve gotten stronger to add things back in my everyday life and not been afraid to express my concerns. The staff is always upbeat, optimistic and fun!
