Less than a year ago, my house appraised for 160,000. This year when trifecta appraised it, they appraised it as a mobile home, it was very hot the day it was appraised and they seemed like they didn't want to mess with it. Long story short, their appraisal of my house was 45,000 dollars less than it was a year ago. Which is not even possible. Do not ever have these people appraise your house. They took the money and ran.
They are very nice and they know how to rent to people . John is a good man .
