What fantastic service! Trifecta attended a broken water line at the Vancouver Maritime Museum. The water line provided water to our Heritage Harbour, which meant many boat owners relied on it. Trifecta staff (Heather) responded immediately, was reassuring and very clear about process, response window and billing, Heather was also quick to mobilize a plumbing professional and sent contact info and a tracking link for Luca the plumbing professional. Luca was prompt, friendly, presented clear options and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Work is guaranteed if I need a call back. It was a good ending to my drainage nightmare.
