Fast response and same day service. Within minutes of me reaching out to Trifecta regarding my Innova air conditioner, I received a call and they sent a service technician to my home the same day. The technician Zack was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I continue to be super happy with my air conditioner and the efficient service Trifecta has provided me.
Zack wa great! He came by to clear my sink drain and did a fabulous job. Great service and great communication from the office as well. I will definitely use Trifecta again.
