As a triathlete, I never take the take to take care of myself after an event. I just jump to the next training plan. Trifecta is the missing piece of my training plan, and they make sure that my muscles are stretched and given the love they need with all they go through! My quads and my hammies after a tri are usually tight and yelling at me. After some Trifecta love this morning, I feel like I could go for round 2!

Ana and Olivia are the dream team! As triathletes we put our bodies through so much and this is the place to go for recovery! They are so knowledgeable about body work and stretching! Love this place!
