Brandie is easy to talk with and very helpful in helping you find the cheapest options for my medicines. Effectively uses my insurance to make it less out of pocket costs and has been helpful in making a Doctors visit quick, easy, and stress less allowing me not to do blood draws too on the spot.
Called this office right before their lunch at 1151, after their lunch hours at 2:23pm, left a message, called again at 4:20. This clinic apparently doesn't believe in answering their phone. I don't know how they expect to communicate with patients when they are constantly unavailable. The clinic did call me back at 4:45pm, 15 minutes before they closed which unfortunately I was t able to take their call but all in all I am disappointed in their office practices and will find care options elsewhere. I have been with Brandie for over a year, she is great! Very professional, great attitude and is super fast to respond!
