Dr Kylstra is an amazing Dr. She listens and her ability to diagnose is second to none
I find Dr. Kylstra to be caring and thorough. I am a fairly new patient so we’re still getting to know each other, but so far so good.
Called at 235pm to make an appointment. Was told I was 5th in the cue. On hold for 1 1/2 hours and at 4pm a recording comes on and says "our office is closed please leave a message " that little incident has caused me to change primary care doctors. Will not call this office again !! What happened to customer service? 5th in the cue to 1 1/2 hour wait??? Thanks
