I would not recommend Ray and his company. I used them to remodel a home in Glen Ellyn. They did a nice job, but when he finished there was no water pressure in the home. I asked Ray to come back and help me figure out the issue and his response was "We passed all inspections with the city, no problem. You just need to hire someone to fix it." Ben and his team just finished updating our recently purchased home. They did an fantastic job! After the initial meeting, they worked with us over phone calls, emails and text messages since we moved from Temecula California. I will definitely use Tried and True again in the future!!
The project went better than expected. The company was on it every step of the way. The staff was always attentive to every detail. They would work weekends and late nights to get the job done! We are so happy with the quality of the work and the ability to woK together. They made the experience a positive one!
Just finished remodeling our entire first floor. Ray and his team were exceptional. We finished on time and no surprises on the expenses. Ray and Mark and Matt and all the guys were very adaptable to my changes of mind, and listened DAILY to my nervous anxiety as this was my first big redo. They talked and worked through any questions I had and in the end we have the dream area I had been seeing in my head. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and yes, friendship. Truly a team effort. Next the upstairs!
