I was with this company for a while they was fine for a little while then would get bad checks which they fixes then they don't pay at all they owe six checks and haven't gotten any response out of them do not use this company as host home or anything
Our Son was a Client of this Agency from April 2020 until Jan 2021. This was a horrible Agency to work with. Tanisha appeared very caring and compassionate about her Clients but her Group Home Staff that Cared for our Son were Abusive. Our Son was seeing a NP Tanisha used and she overprescribed medication for him without discussing his history with me first. Do not waste your time working here they don't care about you and they will work you and find any way possible to not pay you for what you work for. I have worked an entire week(168 hours) within a 2 week period and was only paid for 80. They will tell you one thing to your face and say another thing to other coworkers so you and you coworkers are need aligned unless you talk to them yourself. Do not hope for any accountability when your told you will receive things and benefits and do not.
this company let's their clients live in squalor. the ex husband of the owner is the nurse and we have NEVER seen him. she is constantly out of medicine because they never tell us she is out. the care giver sleeps all day and doesn't deed or care for clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
