contacted TriEagle to provide service to my new condo in Houston, TX. I spoke with a representative on Thursday afternoon and the power was supposed to be activated the next day (Friday). The same day I had contractors resurface the hardwood flooring in my new condo ($4000) and the floors were supposed to dry on Friday and through the weekend and we were going to move in on Monday. got the letter describe above wanted to clarify how to avoid termination fee. Wasted a lot of time searching for a phone number. one star just for effort!
The biggest RIP off there is. I'm not done with them yet.
It's too bad I had to give one star because that is too much. Had a 3 year contract, payments auto paid. At 45 days before the March 3rd 2019 contract end I was told I would have a 30 day grace period to switch suppliers. Waited until Feb 3rd to switch. I got a letter $125 cancellation fee. Called told the operator the story. I might as well been told to go pound sand. I got lied to once but it will never happen again. It wouldn't matter if their rate was 1/2 of everyone else. Enjoy your one star review.
