Fantastic training routines! Easy to follow and very effective!
TriDot has been a total game changer for me!! I love the lower volume of training and the individualized sessions! I’ve gone from my first 5k at age 51 to a full Ironman at age 55 all due to TriDot and my amazing coach Kathy Hudson! I also love the training camps and all the support at races! Having coaches onsite for support and encouragement is priceless!
