I cannot wait to move out of here. This was probably the worst apartments i’ve ever lived in. i’ve contacted management 4 times about my faulty water heater we have to turn it on at least 5 times a week. 3 requests were just ignored and then they finally came and looked at the water heater and said they would bring us a new one. that was about two months ago and my first contact date was in DECEMBER. anyway still don’t have a new water heater and have to wait 15 minutes before a shower. Absolute nightmare of a complex.

A very nice place. Let's start with the good stuff: The yellow walls are solid, there's a ceiling and roof overhead. The painting on the wall is nice. It's a very well done painting. Probably the best part of the apartment I've seen so far. The drywall where a swamp cooler would be is nice. The kitchen wall comes with one of those telephone jacks from the 1900's for whatever you'd need to use that for. Not really sure about that one. Hmm... Terrible place to live. Changing management every time, and not taking care of the tenants because of the transition. Also changing the contract from what it originally was.
