Stay away at all cost Lack of structure not a single satisfied employee . Absolutely poor communication with foreman less then 9 active workers on the field no incentive for growth within the company let alone self growth . The pay is insulting there is not an in between it’s either you are a labor or a foreman which trident has only one labeled foreman . Same pay as a starting position anywhere with triple if not quadruple the stress . Will force to work out of town with a barely implemented system for travel time . Worst t... read more
