I have been coming here for 4+ years and despite moving farther away had still coming through this dentist, I am sad to think that might be changing but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I received a text from them confirming a copay of $40 leading up to a filling appointment. When I checked in at the front desk today, the lady told me the charge would be $562. Great experience at Trident Smiles. The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean, and the whole process was smooth. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

My first experience here was amazing. The hygienist and doctor were both thorough and very patient with all my questions and concerns. I was satisfied with the cleaning as the hygienist did a great work making my teeth look polished again!

I'm a new patient with Trident Smiles and the customer service, constant communication and rescheduling flexibility is above and beyond. I have never experienced such impeccable customer service anywhere else. The tools are state-of-the-art and extremely clean. Place is prestine. I have been left in awe and no review can do justice to the service they provide. Thank you to the entire team. This is truly a well-oiled machine!
