This is based on the deplorable property management company they have hired to manage the HOA until it's turnover, and Hayden's flippant response to our concerns. We've been dealing with several issues for the past 3 years. Most of the issues surround the fact that Valley Property Management does not do anything about CC&R violations so the neighborhood is starting to look unkempt and disheveled. Hayden Homes is a great builder! You get a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood for a great price. Kendra the community manager has gone above and beyond keeping us up to date on our home and made the home buying process so easy for us. The construction team has been working diligently and making sure the home is done right and on schedule. We are so happy with our Hayden Home and cannot wait to move in soon! I highly recommend checking this community out if you’re thinking about moving to Star, ID!
I leave this on Trident ridge because they are responsible for this trash company being in charge of our investments and all who plan on buying at trident ridge should know ahead of time of the uselessness that is in charge of the property's Absolutely trash management company. We get them the same day they are fired from pristine springs...and they act like total leftovers. Communication is absolutely useless the guy is a sorry excuse for a manager.
