My insurance company recommended Trident after filing a claim for water damage/ceiling repair from a previous roof leak. The initial inspection was completed and I was told the attic was dry/no issues and they would schedule a repair of the ceiling. The person they sent to do the repair was late every time, or didn't show up at all. I was later told it was the owners newphew. They're misleading. They take advantage of your most vulnerable moment and arrogance through a traumatic experience. Kelsey with Trident was very misleading. She came onto me assuring me she's familiar with the process and she can help me with the process of organizing things and what can be restored. Completely opposite of what happened. I never saw her again and I took a picture of a sentimental cubs jacket she had her right hand woman, Kayla, pick up from me to help wash it out that they claimed was never received/found. ... read more
