Terrible company, have asked multiple times to view a house and they don’t get back for a very long time if at all
BE AWARE FROM TRIDENT PROPERTY, they are Super irresponsible. At first They let me see one of their apartment and after the day I tried to contact them they not responded. After trying several times finally they responded and asking for my documents and money before the agreement paperwork done, even they don't want to meet in person for the making agreement papers. All they want it by mailing...i mean WTH...I never seen this kind of agreement system before for renting any apartment that they follow.
Would totally recommend this company for managing any property. Honest and they fix the problems immediately they did a great job.
Beware any contractors this company is very dishonest i done service work for him and was lied to many times when he was still not paying invoices 8 month past due 1 star is too good for this company
