Uma Daya is the sweetest and kindest healthcare professional I have ever known, she took her time to talk to me about all my questions and concerns and really made me feel comfortable right away. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful I will definitely return every time I need a wellness check up.
The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how personable and enjoyable they were to interact with. I not only felt confident in their expertise, but I also genuinely appreciated them as people. It made the whole experience even better.
I have went back and forth with so many different doctors and specialists. I lost hope in understanding why I feel the way I feel everyday. Dr. Uma was the biggest ray of sunshine and most caring doctor I have ever met with. I have tried other wellness offices as well where they take a more holistic approach, but after Trident, I went home smiling with hope and finally, some answers - so thank you to Dr. Uma and Trident Wellness Clinic.

Such a safe and welcoming place to freely express concerns and get the care you need! Never a long wait in waiting rooms, emotionally intelligent staff, clean practice, and just overall great people. Glad to finally have found a provider I can trust!
