Old homes with out of date appliances. They will treat you like royalty until you sign on the dotted line. They will take their sweet time to provide maintenance services, which they provide only on weekdays until 1700 within a 'service time' range of 4 hours, and they do not work weekends. I lived in Trident Park for four years. They were always slow to come out and service broken equipment and complete assholes. While I was out to sea (US Navy) I found out from my wife that they had never come out and replaced our broken refrigerator and she had called 3 days ago when it broke. When I called they told me that no one had answered the door when they knocked (lie). When I needed to leave housing they missed our appointment by 2 hours.
