We recently bought a house and trident was the realtor of the seller. Bjorn Tinglum was the agent. In our offer we asked to have furnace inspected and fixed. Bjorn was very slow at replying to our agent. Took forever booking the appointment and almost delayed closing. The inspector said it needed replaced, but Trident helped the seller find a third party furnace company to do bare minimum to get the furnace working temporarily even though they said it still needed replaced.
