No compassion or care for the patient. Never asked questions to see how she could be helpful. Was a waste of time. Do not recommend.
I called in the front desk on 11/20/24 @ 12:30p and a lady answer ‘Neuro surgical department’ I asked is this just only for surgical. She answered this is NeUrOsUrGiCal. I ask three times and explained is this only for surgery because I’m trying to reach a certain department: I ask do you do only surgery or do you do assessment for ADHD, dyslexia and things like that. The doctors may be good but the scheduling staff was rude and refused to make an appointment for me.
The physicians and staff were wonderful! Very pleased with the whole experience
