Staff is very nice, explains everything in a way that's understandable. They make a stressful time feel calmer.
The best neuro doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Tyler is so patient and makes sure you understand every detail of what he's doing. I never felt rushed and he is the first to actually have tested done rather than just cut me open right away. I would recommend to everyone.
No compassion or care for the patient. Never asked questions to see how she could be helpful. Was a waste of time. Do not recommend.
I called in the front desk on 11/20/24 @ 12:30p and a lady answer ‘Neuro surgical department’ I asked is this just only for surgical. She answered this is NeUrOsUrGiCal. I ask three times and explained is this only for surgery because I’m trying to reach a certain department: I ask do you do only surgery or do you do assessment for ADHD, dyslexia and things like that.
