This company has poor communication and has made for an incredibly stressful closing process. We received an email today stating our closing date would be pushed back a few weeks (no exact date provided) when we are scheduled to close tomorrow. I’ve tried reaching out by calling, emailing, and live chat with no success. Very disappointed in our decision to use this company with this highly important service.

These folks were awesome to work with. They made the whole process painless and efficient and we were able to close in 30 days with no issues. The online web portal for uploading documents was easy to use and they were available to answer any questions we had along the way. They have everything in house to complete the home buying process - mortgage, title insurance, home owner's insurance, etc. - which made the process go even more efficiently. I definitely recommend using Trident for a new home purchase!
