Imagine you are in constant pain and you just get a phone call after 2 weeks. And then you have to wait again. What happened to our medical system?
Lazy and unprofessional staff. Heard they are lf new patients. Called to make an appointment, no call back. Wrote an email to make an appointment for a patient interview. Took them 2 weeks to write this back - " Hi. What is your phone number? I will call you to register. " Well, it is another 2 weeks, no call back still. Smh.
Professional, customer care was incredible!
