We’ve been a big fan of the Trident team and have used them for several years. Great people.
Tristan and Michael came to service our heating system to get us ready for the cooler months ahead. Very nice and polite young men. They did a thorough inspection and Tristan explained what they did and found. I would highly recommend these two as well as Trident for your HVAC needs.
Tristan from Trident mechanical is awesome. Great service, honest evaluation. We do the annual maintenance plan that includes seasonal inspections to prepare for the winter and summer seasons. I highly recommend them.
Trident always provides incredibly efficient and trustworthy service. Logan was very knowledgeable and explained his recommendations thoroughly.
Trident replaced our entire HVAC a few years back and we’ve been very happy with everything including the quick response time when we’ve had questions or the time one of the fan broke (covered under warranty) - they were out to our house within a couple hours to repair! Tristan and Michael did our Maintenance this week and in the spring too. They were very courteous and explained everything they did for the maintenance. They played with our dog too!
