Had a wonderful experience with Trident today. Ryan and Sean and Mike did a wonderful service call today. They were short staffed today but they made sure they sent Mike there service technician out today to try and get me going. I have used Trident for a few years now and the entire crew is top notch. Great Tristan was very professional and down to earth. I like that he felt comfortable with my dog who absolutely loved him.
I had the owner and a trainee at my house today both were very professional and friendly. They fixed the issue and checked for other things that might be wrong before they left. They insured everything was working correctly, and there were no issues with the AC unit and explain the new Thermostat to me and even helped me set up my account. I couldn’t have asked for better people to come help me out today and would recommend them to everyone I know.
Tristan came out for a routine maintenance call. He took pictures and videos of the work he performed and recommended some steps I may want to take to prolong the life of the system. I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me to do anything, just gave me the information. I will be calling him back to perform one of the recommendations.
