We had our HVAC system replace. Changing from electric to gas. Guys were friendly, professional and answered all our questions. Great company to work with. Sean and Ryan and the crew are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Trident for all you HVAC needs.
Had to have our furnace replaced on short notice during the winter storm. Trident was able to come out quickly and quoted fairly. We ended up replacing our HVAC as well. Tristan, Logan, and Michael were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the install. Would definitely recommend!!
Sean and Ryan were extremely helpful. We had a previous company that was unable to help us… but Sean and Ryan were able to quickly and easily tell me what was going on with my heating system. They were both knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand what the problems were and why they recommended certain things. They displayed professionalism and expertise. I’m Relieved to have been recommended to this company!
Tech was able to make it out same day when our heat was not working. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues same day with clear explanation of what was failing. The price for service was very reasonable. Will definitely call again for service.
Tristan came out to service our HVAC systems for annual maintenance/inspection. He was very thorough and up front with everything and he provided multiple options and recommendations for anything that we should do moving forward. Would definitely recommend Trident's services and ask them to send out Tristan.
