Called multiple times trying to work with their NJ office. No answer. Called PA asking who to contact in NJ and they give you Google Voice numbers. That's it. No real phone system, nobody calling back. Hard to believe a company claiming to be a major title/real estate operation doesn't have better communication than that.

I want to share my frustration with the person who is a title closer at this company. Her name is Gale Geise. She is a very rough person to talk to, and was giving me a hard time during the closing process, rushing me all the time for something that the seller should take care of, not me. When she talks to someone, she seems to be arguing and yelling, not talking like a normal person. I kept telling her to calm down and why she is agitated because of something that I did not do.
