Moved to the area in January and finally found an excellent Chiropractic office with Dr. Kyle and Tabitha. Trident has exceptional service, and a professional office. Dr. Kyle takes the time to explain everything. Tabitha keeps everything flowing & smooth! So happy to have found Dr. Kyle & Tabitha!! I strongly & highly recommend!!!

New to the area and looking for a Chiropractor we came across Trident Health and Chiropractic. We can not say enough about Dr Kyle and Tabitha and how they have looked after our chiropractic needs. They are both very kind, compassionate and caring people who go the extra mile to ensure their patients are looked after. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for treatment from a Dr who cares about his patients.
Dr. Galbart is very professional and informative. He let's you know what he is doing and what he is going to do to help you get better. His wife is very helpful and makes sure you know what is going on in your treatment and the benefits of it. Would highly recommend going to see them.
