Tabitha and Kyle are so wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and concerned about you as a person. They go above and beyond to get to know you. They always make sure you leave each visit feeling better than when you came whether it’s your emotional wellbeing or your physical. I cannot recommend them enough ❤️
This was my first chiropractic visit and I walk into the aromatherapy smell and the jazz music it had me. I was greeted by Dr. Tabitha she was very professional reassuring me that I had nothing to fear. Then I met Dr. Kyle and he explained what kind of treatment I needed to make me feel better. My experience was 10/10! From the moment I stepped in the door, Mickey was very kind, welcoming & informative with my plan of treatment. I got to use the massage chair and the adjustment roll-out table. Both wonderful! Dr. Garbart took his time examining me, the X-rays, and explaining my issues before adjusting. I had an amazing experience at Trident in Spartanburg! I went in yesterday with pain and discomfort, and after just one visit, I felt a huge difference. They used a soft wave during my treatment that worked incredibly well my pain dropped significantly almost immediately.
