I was in there a several patients were complaining about refunds, everyone there is new people working. I asked why and it’s because the doctors don’t pay employees on time and can’t cash checks for weeks. Very disorganized and can’t keep staff. One patient was yelling that they’ve been waiting weeks for a refund. I just left because it was a hot mess

Unprofessional and Disorganized Check-In Process For some reason, they had my little sister waiting an hour before realizing she was never actually checked in. She had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived around 2:50, but by 4:00 PM, she was still sitting there with no updates.
