Scheduled a free cleaning and was told that a bitewing x-ray was “mandatory” for every cleaning after sitting me down. Mind you I had done a filling and teeth whitening prior with Bitewing X-rays a month prior. I figured it was just another way to charge patients out of pocket and wanted to cancel to lessen trouble, it may be of preference but I don’t think it is required (in my opinion). I called on Thursday with SEVERE tooth pain & was told that there weren’t any appointments available until Saturday. Because my previous visits were great I accepted the 11am appointment for Saturday. I get to the dentist office & check in for my SCHEDULED 11am appointment with even worse tooth pain!!! The receptionist asked if I was in pain & I told her, yes and it worse! I’m have been going to Trident Dental for past 3 years and I absolutely love everything about them. They are professional, super clean and always friendly. My dentist is very knowledgeable and every time I’m there he takes his time to explains everything to me patiently, so I can understand my treatment. Also staff and specially Mari in front desk are amazing people and they truly care about their job.
