Stars dropping!! I had initially given this company 5 stars because they were great in getting me approved for a new roof through my insurance company, and the finished worked great! I have since lowered it down to 3 stars and that's because I developed two leaks and the response was slow and implied no accountability on their part. I totally understand that leaks could be a possibility with a new roof, but you quickly address the repair the and be done with it. Parth was great got me a brand new roof siding and gutters and only had to pay my $1000 deductible! Would highly recommend.
I have spoken to a few contractors about roof and siding. My neighbor spoke to Trident and when I saw them take few hours to evaluate and document from my window (I work from home) decided why not. Impressed with level they inspected, when the insurance company sent there guy listening to Trident go to bat for us was entertaining. They covered the roof and siding.
