The company is a fraud do not use them if I could give a 0 I would do so. They are operating with illegal practices withholding funds and not respond to my attorney, which caused major problem again DO NOT USE THEM
This company was thorough in handling our closing. They explained every form and ensured that I understood what I was signing. They paid attention to each form and caught a critical mistake that could have caused a big problem for me. I would recommend Trident Company.
Impossible to get a return call from Kimberly after the closing! Beware of "water bill escrow" as mentioned in the previous poor review left below.
We encountered 2 major issues that you should consider prior to engaging the services of this title company. Issue #1. On the day of closing (as the seller) we saw a mysterious $7,500 Water Escrow that was going to be held. It turns out they misread the communication from the Water Company about what is to be included on the closing statement.
