Great building. I've been renting here for more than a year. Condos are well built, management is respectful and quick to address issues and communicate very well. Amenities are well maintained.
Funny how the gym is closed to residents at night but the bald security guard is doing hip thrusters at 3AM😂😂 in his security uniform! 😂 could see his bright head from a mile away 🦲so much for building security 😂😂😂

Nice environment, friendly security. But the time to switch between air conditioning and heating was too late... For example, when the weather is very cold, the air conditioner in the house is still cold, and when the weather starts to warm up for some time, the apartment will switch to cold air... I'm not satisfied with that aspect.
