I bought a pre-construction unit around 8 years ago, paying over half a million dollars. Today, I’m dealing with serious structural issues in the building and have had to involve Tarion for a Major Structural Defect (MSD). I deeply regret ever trusting this company. My advice: avoid this builder if you don’t want to experience the same nightmare I’ve been living through.
We made our first request more than a month ago about the fridge noise, it’s been there since the first day we moved into MRKT. Amanda said she would figure it out and she didn’t send any update, then we came to the office, they told us someone would reach out within a week to schedule a fix. They definitely don’t care about renters. One of the most dehumanizing experiences I’ve had as a tenant was due to tridel. My family was verbally threatened while we were tenants, and tridel couldn’t care less. Their priority was taking as much of our money as they could.
Just moved in to Aqualuna this is number one building in Toronto . Great builder with exceptional customer service and supportive concierge.
